The room featured a king-size bed and effective air conditioning, providing comfort during the stay. A shared kitchen and rooftop seating area were available for guest use. The property was within walking distance to Playa del Niño beach and the Isla Mujeres ferry terminal. Free parking was provided in a guarded condo area next to the house.
