Arturo was an amazing host who waited at the airport and greeted upon arrival, drove to local attractions, gave tips about beaches and temples, and communicated clearly via WhatsApp with a video for check-in, the place was very clean in a quiet residential area close to beaches, restaurants, bus stops, and Hotel Zone center.
Alex was a great host who gave local recommendations and provided snacks and a bottle of wine as a welcome gift.
The apartment was magnificent, very well equipped with a huge kitchen, a large bedroom with bathroom and dressing room, a smaller bedroom with bunk beds and another bathroom plus three toilets.
The apartment was clean, new, and spacious with excellent WiFi and professional communication, the bed was extremely comfortable and shower products were of high quality.
The room was very cozy with a private terrace and electronic lock, the bed, linens, towels, soap, shampoo, and conditioner were excellent.
The pool was large and warm with ample deck chairs under palm trees right on the beach, just down from a beach restaurant.
