The staff were very friendly and attentive throughout the stay. The location was close to local markets and restaurants, with Japanese cuisine highlighted. The beach offered shallow, safe waters for children, along with enough chairs and no seaweed. Entertainment activities such as aerobics and volleyball were regularly available. A gym was also accessible on site. Assistance with excursions and airport shuttles was provided by a service in the lobby.
