The room was very cozy with a private terrace and electronic lock, the bed, linens, towels, soap, shampoo, and conditioner were excellent. The host Roberto was cordial and helpful while Mary cleaned the room on Saturdays, the kitchen and living area were available for use with space in the fridge. The neighborhood was safe and residential with restaurants, cafes, pharmacies, gyms nearby and easy access to public transport plus Uber arrived in about 2 minutes.
