The pool area was nice and relaxing with the beach just steps away, the unit was well maintained though not new, and the owner was very responsive, security at the condo area was very good, laundry service had reasonable prices, and a shop for food and drinks was on site. The location had easy access to public transport costing 12 pesos each way to the Hotel Zone.
