The hotel was located a very short distance from the ADO bus station, making it easily walkable. The staff were welcoming, kind, and responsive, providing helpful assistance such as breaking larger bills and offering local tips. Rooms featured good air conditioning and hot water, with well-functioning internet on both cell phones and laptops. Although basic in amenities without a pool or minibar in rooms, a small mini bar was available at the front desk for snacks and drinks. Parking was on the street with monitored cameras in a quiet area.
