Good value for money with older rooms, perfect if catching ADO buses. Stayed just one night. Location is great right across from the ADO station. Took an inexpensive bus from the airport no problem, then next day caught a bus to Holbox easily. Lots of restaurants nearby. Bed was really comfortable.
