Outstanding service was provided by extremely pleasant, polite, and friendly staff. The surroundings were beautiful and clean, with spacious and well-furnished rooms featuring jacuzzis and balconies. Food options included a diverse buffet with fresh dishes cooked live, as well as specialty restaurants offering Mexican cuisine. Evening entertainment featured astonishing shows and a teppanyaki host who engaged guests effectively. Facilities included a large pool with many activities, a gym, pilates reformer courses, and various bars such as karaoke and billiards areas.
