Each air-conditioned suite includes a flat-screen cable TV, coffee maker, iPod dock, minibar, spa bath or hydro tub, and tablets with hotel information. Some suites feature furnished terraces with swim-out access or ocean views. The Preferred Club offers personalized check-in and checkout services along with upgraded mini bars, toiletries, pillow menus, continental breakfast service at the Oceana Restaurant overlooking the ocean, afternoon hors d’oeuvres and desserts served in the lounge. The food at Maris, Oceana, Portofino and Himitsu was great with Oceana and Maris being preferred for breakfast. The spa had clean facilities and the gym was well equipped while the room was clean with toiletries provided.
