Very clean, comfortable studio with reliable air conditioning and hot water in the shower. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was amazing. Self check-in was easy and flexible, and WiFi was fast but sometimes needed reconnecting. Walter was a good host who communicated well. The location was quiet with plenty of restaurants nearby, close to a park, and parking was available in front of the building.
