The location was excellent, close to the bus terminal, restaurants, and local markets. The staff showed genuine care and provided thoughtful touches such as locally sourced soaps and citronella candles. Rooms were fresh, clean, spacious, and equipped with amenities like a diffuser hair dryer. Breakfast included fresh fruit, yoghurt, eggs made to order, avocado toast, and coffee served with pride. A swimming pool with lounges offered a relaxing retreat in downtown Cancun.
