The room was clean, modern, and had a big comfortable bed with good AC and a bathroom with hot water and sufficient pressure. The staff was friendly and helpful despite limited English, and the building had good security with an elevator that helped with heavy luggage. The location was safe, quiet, close to a plaza, restaurants, supermarkets, OXXO store two blocks away, bus stops towards Cancun beach, and suitable for UberEATS deliveries. WiFi worked well and the TV had access to Netflix, Disney+, HBO among others.
