The apartment featured spacious rooms with two bathrooms and a kitchen, offering beautiful views of the large lagoon. The swimming pool was very large, clean, and well maintained. A convenience store nearby provided many necessary items at reasonable prices. The secured area included greenery, playgrounds, exercise machines, a gym, jogging track, and mini-market. Stores such as OXXO and Chedraui were within walking distance.
