Located right on the beach within a secure residence, the apartment offers two superb swimming pools-one for adults and one for children-with deck chairs available in the shade. The unit is clean and equipped with air conditioning, a TV, microwave, cooking plates, and a coffee machine. A small shop on site provides convenient access to coffee or breakfast. The property includes parking spaces in front of the room when available. A bus stop directly outside allows easy transportation to downtown Cancun.
