The staff at reception were consistently helpful and friendly, with some speaking English well. The location was convenient for exploring downtown Cancun and close to grocery stores. Facilities included a small pool, a mini recreation room with pocket ball, and a relaxing rooftop area. Late check-out was available, accommodating jet-lagged travelers effectively.
