The location was very close to ADO bus station and downtown Cancun in barrio Cuba with a quiet street. The room was small, basic but comfortable with air conditioning, a fridge, and a nice shower with good water pressure. The host was attentive and responsive on WhatsApp, the check-in instructions were clear, and cups and forks were available at the reception area downstairs.
