The apartment was clean and spacious with thick bath and beach towels provided for each guest. Luis was very nice, friendly, and accommodating with great customer service. The pool was clean with easy access to the Caribbean Sea beachfront and a view of the ocean. Gated parking had a patrolling guard for safety, and a small convenience store was on the property within walking distance. The location was away from traffic and crowds but close to major tourist areas with a bus stop to downtown Cancun right in front of the hotel entrance. Apartment users were allowed to use the Brisas hotel private beach.
