The resort offered fantastic food quality and a wide selection, with special praise for the Italian and Japanese restaurants. Staff were helpful, kind, and attentive, especially the butlers and assistance team. Facilities included a well-equipped gym, multiple pools with ample chairs and umbrellas, and various activities suitable for families. The location was convenient, just 30 minutes from the airport. Access to all three parts of the resort was available in the family section.
